dont know what it is
exotic French sex toy?
What's the appeal? Can you even season food in that thing?
I get it allows perfect temp control but seems like a huge flavor trade off.
So it takes way longer to cook things and they dont brown (so if you want to have a sear on something that requires an extra step) Seems like it might be cool to try once or twice but not sure if its something for everyday cooking
I've never heard of it but it looks really cool. Always cook things to the exact temperature you want. Although it looks like it would require more time then I'm willing to commit to
if you've ever had sous vide food, you would know why I want one... It's pretty damn good.
I've been looking at them today and I really want one now. I was thinking of getting one like this and making my own cooker

that is interesting
Looks like a giant waste of money to me, but I don't cook. That's what wives are for.
It's cheap and the reviews are good. Then You're not paying for the brand and imagine. Some guy in the reviews made one out of a Coleman cooler that looks kind of ghetto but says the sealed lid eliminates evaporation and it takes hardly any energy because of the insulation
I also checked it online and it seems really amazing and innovative. Putting it in my shopping list, I need to get one for myself.
