Flirting with the idea of doing a full chicken on the Kamado tonight with Big Bob's Alabama white sauce.
Tonight's meal is all over the place. Carne asada, tomato-cucumber-bean salad, mashed potatoes. I figure the carne asada gravy stuff will be good with the mashed potatoes, not sure how that salad is going to fit in. If it's tasty it will get eaten regardless of the polka dots & stripes issue.
There's a new Vietnamese Cafe down the road from the house. OMG. Great take-out dinner tonight.

Anyone ever get the spice jar and shake in a couple dash of cayenne pepper but find out the filter is off, but it's too late?
So half a jar of cayenne but it tastes pretty good imo.
