So, not only can he not pitch, he is not a good driver either. :tsk:
I thought I read somewhere he was injured at the end of last year. I sure hope that's the case, because he was brutally awful in his brief stint in the rotation.

I am getting tired of reminding you that my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

Been following that story a bit. It all started with Ubaldo a couple of weeks ago saying that he was pissed that he didn't get an extension the same time that Cargo and Tulo did. Honestly, I think the media is making a bigger story than there actually is. I hope Ubaldo can get back to form, but he is making Colorado look like the winner of that trade.
Yeah, truthfully I don't think either side is handling it very well. Ubaldo is coming off as an immature 14 year old in the media - making excuses for his bad performance and complaining openly about a variety of things. Meanwhile the Rockies look like scorned lovers talking badly about him after he's gone. And while I think Tulo has earned the right to speak his mind - I sort of get the impression that his giant contract and leadership role have gone to his head. While I actually appreciate his candor, it seems kind of petty for him to go on the record negatively about a former teammate.
