Everyone QB is a miserable failure in Cleveland.

Doesn't seem like Moreno will get much money. If he's cheap wonder why Denver wouldn't want him for pass protection alone. As with Decker there seems to be no interest.
heading into FA, i said i thought we'd have a pretty good chance of getting knowshon back on a short, team-friendly deal, and i do think that could still be the case. . . we need to see what happens with ben tate, but after him, the pickings do start to get a bit thin, with guys like blount and MJD. . . of course, there's also not a big market for starter-capable backs. . . miami might be the only team that needs one, unless the titans do release CJ. . . teams like AZ, JAX and st.louis do have a need as well, but i can see the rams at least waiting for the draft. . .
in any case, i think the only way we bring knowshon back is on a low-ball deal, and he hasn't sat on the market long enough to get desperate. . . or, maybe elway's just not interested. . . it may take a while to play out. . .
I dont think Rams will pick up CJ. Zac Stacy was fine last year. I would like to see Denver grab Blount. Ball and him could do some damage
Moreno hasn't signed with a team yet, right? Possibility he will re-sign with the Broncos?
Elway told the Denver Post yesterday that they planned on going forward with Ball, Anderson and Hillman, they might add a running back later but not any time soon. I'm sure Moreno could be had for a cap friendly deal, they don't want him back at this point or at least that is how it looks.
man, that sucks. . . hillman is freaking useless, and CJ's never picked up an NFL blitz in his life. . . highly unimpressive backfield-- moerno at two and CJ at three looks oh so much better for a title contender. . . c'mon duke, open the wallet a little for a dude who's all heart and a great fit for this offense. . .
Ball will be fine. CJ hasn't had a chance yet. If he hadn't have gotten injured in training camp, Knowshon may barely have gotten on the field and everyone would still be talking about him as a first round bust. Duke knows what he's doing. Better to give the kids their shot without looking over their shoulder. One or both of them will come through. Let's not forget that we won't have our left guard getting knocked into the backfield on nearly every running play. I don't know who we're going to draft to fill that position, but I can guarantee you that he'll be good at the point of attack. The Broncos running game is going to look different this season. John Elway knows what this team needs and he's in the process of getting it done.
