Life has been hectic. I have my 2 godsons living with me for the time being so taking on their schedules of sports and school has been crazy. Ahh well, what can ya do. Football has been fun. The oldest one is going to letter in football his 9th grade year. Astounding.

10 days!! UGH!! Will you have internet access? Know where you will be stationed yet? And of course...you best take care of yourself while there, hell to pay back home if ya don't.

I've met most of the players and several of them have helped me with Mecklenburg's Reading Foundation. Peyton is such a nice guy. Every time he see's me I get a big smile, but I can't get him to stop calling me mam.

Got to get some sleep, had a good time visiting. Again thanks for being so logical and the e-mail, I'll need it.

As far as the win/loss I have very low expectations. Like below .500, everything is so new and different. I really do believe in my heart they are headed in the right direction. I saw so many good things in the camp this summer. The main thing I saw was football players who were working together to be a team. Man logical thinking and patience what's wrong with you??? That's why I missed you so much. I will keep you in my prayers kido. I

I have 3 quilt shows in a row starting next week so it will be awhile before I can see the players again. Peyton and I have a good relationship so I'll see if I can something signed for you. PM me your address and BE CAREFUL,, later...p

Thanks for writing. I have not seen any posts lately and I worry about you. Glad you have got to visit your with you family. When do you deploy?
