I was very sorry to hear about LenDale also. I also think he might have been a victim of the fallout from the lockout - i.e. no mini camps, etc., where he might have been able to bring himself back at a slower pace, but with no mini camps, not a longer training camp, etc., he may have pushed himself in camp, to try to make the team. Maybe, if the Broncos have some injuries, they may bring him back. I guess one thing I do not understand - if the Broncos are going to be a running team, I would think they would be top heavy in running backs, and cut somewhere else - but what do I know - lol.

I'm really sorry about LenDale. I think the back spasms kept him from being out there to show what he has. Plus JJ is looking much stronger and will do ST. Still I know it hurts when you have a favorite.

I did hear Meck today - we definitely could use a few more "good guys" like him. My son is still doing college, but he was called to be one of the refs for the Broncos' scrimmage, which I would think would be a good sign that they thought of him.

Meck had a great interview on The Fan today. Just listen to it and he gave a nice perspective.
Also is your son still being a ref for College, or has he been able to get in the NFL? On Fox they were talking how there were going to need more and I thought of your son.

True - he has not been convicted of anything yet - and I read the police report - it is her story - could be a lot more to it than what she said - or different than what she said. Hopefully, the positive thread is put up when the regular season starts - take care.

Don't you know it. I know Perrish made a mistake and has yet to be convicted, but was it really necessary to call him Mr. Rape.... too many on their high horse to enjoy posting there. I did notice who came out of the woodwork, just too old to deal with that crazy. I'm just glad we get our positive only thread when the season starts....take care....p
