yeah... Playing for bisous... Or a strip snooker... (I hope Den wins then... I don't want to see him naked... ).
I'm playing with glasses... not such a big deal... After all, the best way to win is to close the eyes and pray
Well, I wasn't too bad but not really good... I started to play what we call american pool here (smaller table and bigger balls : really easier... BTW? I have some nice stories about bisous and pool LOL). Then I played snooker (full table).
My best break is 47 (but it wasn't the longest... I had a longer one but I scored less)... It was 7 reds, 5 blacks and 1 blue... So your 27 is not that bad... BTW, at our level, it's not all abour the breaks I think... We don't anticipate as much as pro player (and don't have the same skills)... It's about at least putting a red and a colour...

Damn... I wish I could play right now...

Sounds you were an accomplished player. I only used to play for fun with my bro, first on a four foot table and then a six foot one. I've only ever played on a full size table a handfull of times. Top break only about 27!
I used to enjoy playing pool at college, some of the boys used to get pretty upset getting beat byl a girl!
I think I'd need contact lenses now though, I'm very shortsighted and it's not very easy playing with glasses.
