Hey man, where ya been?
Thanks for the friend invite! We're looking into the Eagle River/Chugiak area and we're anxious to get to AK, maybe we can meet up one day. I like to hunt and fish and love cold/snow, so I believe AK will be a fit for me though I will definitely have to find a way to way BRONCOS football!!
I hate living in areas without women. I lived in 29 Palms, CA in the middle of the desert for a number of years. There were 30,000 people in the town and around 20k of that was Marines. If there was an attractive woman there, she was already taken as someone brought her there. Even if you're not trying to date or whatever, it's nice to have the company of a woman every now and again.
This is true... So, Alaska huh? I don't know if I could live up there. I have a friend that moved up there to work in some state park a few years ago and decided to stay permanently.
The Pack is my boyhood team. Bart Starr, Jim Taylor, Paul Hornung, Boyd Dowler, Jerry Kramer, Forrest Gregg, Ray Nitschke, Willie Davis . . . I knew them all. Power sweep right, power sweep left - defenses knew what was coming, and they still couldn't stop them. They still are my 2nd favorite team.
Thanks GG. The more friends the better!
You seem a stand up guy. It's an honor to be your friend . . .
I'm glad you decided to start posting! I'm always up for new friends so you're on!
Cheers. I guess being from central Alaska you could use a few furless friends. What are you writing up there?
We're football fans with too much time and NO FOOTBALL! One of the best lines I've read in a long time. Welcome to the boards... I will post more when camp starts. I've just had too much stress with life, work and family to get into the into the "he's great/he sucks" debates. Not enough time or energy. However that line so made my night....p
