Much better, but it's taken almost 4 weeks for me to have close to the energy I had before the diver. Last Friday I helped my husband empty our van and I had some pain and needed a nap right away. I'm so glad I don't have to travel for another couple of weeks. Trying to figure out how to dye wool today. So it's like a kid with finger paints. Taking a quick break then back to how do I get a deeper orange........p

My issue with Ellis is he's a non-football guy making football decisions, and I think he's a lot more concerned with keeping his spot than making the team better. I think he has a vested interest in bringing in lightly-qualified execs, because A. someone more qualified could be a threat to him, and B. top candidates likely won't want to come into this disfunctional situation.
