    Also there are ways to get the music off the iPod and into your files so they can be used elsewhere, just google your model type and look for YouTube tutorials.
  3. Tech question for you:

    I have an old ipod classic. It has a lot of songs on it but I'm trying to update it and add some more since I haven't updated it in a decade. Will itunes still be able to recognize my ancient device and allow me to add more songs to it. I worry that it won't and that if I plug it in and try it it'll somehow erase everything from it.
