It's no problem. I don't think he forced anything on anyone, though. He didn't stop AV from going out for the anthem. I just saw this on blind luck--I'm taking a break from social media and accidentally opened the tab on my phone, and was still signed in. If that wasn't a sign to respond then I don't know what is. IIRC, AV had no beef with Tomlin over it, but I could be wrong. Take care. I'll see you closer to the draft.
Love you too amigo. Sorry I didn’t respond sooner. I get what you’re saying. I think he’s a great coach. I don’t agree with him forcing it on a military veteran who was on the team, but I respect the viewpoint.

Tomlin Stuff - I don't think he forced his politics on anyone in Pittsburgh. I think how he felt was how many, if not most people felt in that locker room. He is the ultimate leader. In regards to him as a coach; he's solid in X's and O's. He's not a tactical genius like a Shanahan or a McVay. I think the main issue with Tomlin is he could be better with time management, and the challenge issues suck. With that being said, he got the tail end of Cowher's team, and Cowher wasn't exactly a GM type coach, either. It was wild to me to see Cowher, a guy who got killed for only winning one SB be retroactively lionized, especially since the fans hated him so much. Where you'll see a lot of racism in regards to Tomlin isn't just the criticism; you can argue a lot of coaches are flawed, or what not. It's when you're online and you see the 'why' for the criticism. Why do they think he's stupid, or lazy, or a loser, etc. It's thinly veiled a lot of times. Others, sadly, it's very naked. Like...racial slur level naked.
