  1. I liked your post about not being petty and letting things go. One of the issues I have with it on here is that it is usually in good fun, but sometimes my pride and ego gets in the way. Also sometimes I go at it with a poster I just despise and enjoy the mauling of them. It's not a good look, but it's also kind of the internet era that I was brought up in. That's not an excuse, it's just sort of the way things are. I will try to be better about it, sans the obvious joking and 'stylish' nature with guys like Jaded, where it's pretty clear that it's just schtick and in good fun. You gave me a lot to think about, old friend.
  2. Revel in it! I got your avatar reference immediately.
  3. Dude, I'm so stoked. I love Wilson. I like him as a guy too which makes this even better. So happy.
  4. I'm happy for you broski
  5. Thank you for the insight.

How is your knee? You on the mend?
  6. How do you feel about the sports logo Native American stuff? From what I've read, some tribes are more receptive than others to it? I've heard a lot of complaints over the years for the Cleveland team's mascot with the red face. In contrast, the Illini/U of I scandal was more driven by yuppies and soccer moms than the actual tribe. I only ask because the Braves/Chiefs chop thing is usually brought up and under fire.
  7. Shoot
  8. May I ask your opinion on a P and R issue?
  9. That's a helluva idea!
  10. If you ever visit Hawaii, what you do is rent a condo. First trip is to the grocery store, spend $300-400-500 whatever, it's still cheaper than eating out every night. Don't rent boogie boards or snorkeling equipment, buy it, the cost is really not that much different. Then during the course of your stay you will inevitably make friends with a local family, they are great humans. So on your last day on the island you take all the food and Pool toys/snorkeling equipment you have and gift them to the local family you've made friends with.

This is what Em and I have done every time we've visited Hawaii and I don't know if it's karma or what but we have never had a bad experience there.
