It's about that time folks, pitchers and catchers are reporting, and I'm not talking about the Brokeback kind.

Anyone interested, please sign in...let me know what type of game you like to play...I prefer rotisserie...and I think ESPN is going to be free this year...

I'm down. I don't know what rotisserie is though. I have usually played on Yahoo! but it wouldn't kill me to give ESPN a chance.

Now would there still be head to head match ups each week with a W-L column, but statistics would be tallied in all of this? Man, I sound really dumb about this whole operation you have going on.

Fair enough. I'll get a hang of it. I love FBB though. It really makes me get into baseball.

Rotisserie is the best way to do baseball...we'll figure it out...

Oh, and don't worry, I only finished first and fourth in my two leagues last year :D

I think I got third or fourth in mine last year. There used to be a way to check out previous seasons on Yahoo, but I'm not finding it right now. I may not be a chiseled seasoned vet like you, but I'll be in it to win it baby!

I have never played fantasy baseball only because it has seemed like too much work.

Well, the once a week doesn't ever keep my interest. I forget about it. I prefer Rotisserie, where you can change your roster whenever you feel like. I found it was preferable just to stick with your best players most of the time anyway...

It does take a little work...I try to read Buster Olney's blog almost everyday, and most definitely every Sunday, and that give you a pretty good idea of what's going on around Baseball. I am also a Baseball Prospectus subscriber too.

I love baseball. It does take a little work, but you can do it with less time than I put in to it. I put a lot of time into it.

If we have a whole bunch of people who want a less-intensive version, we'll do that.

So far, I have 2 votes for less intensive with WTM (I'm assuming that's probably what you'd want) and Boss. And one I'll do it from MHC.

I'm a bit fantasied out (14 or so years doing baseball), and am in two money leagues this year. If you guys are running short on owners, I will jump in.

I was thinking about this thread yesterday. I just joined a league with my buddy and his friends. I got the first pick in the draft! When are we gonna start this league up? I am impatient... :banghead:

A'ight, in the morning, I'm setting up an ESPN league that anyone from the forum can join.

It will be a Rotisserie League that needs to be monitored nearly every day. That's how I roll. Draft will be next Sunday...

I was told the NBA didn't work because I didn't set a date. Well, I'm setting a date...next weekend...we'll see how this goes...

Sorry Slim. I've been out of pocket and haven't been on here. I only had a couple spots open on a league I have every year, a bunch of buds I've played with for years. There were always available spots (2 or 3) so I sent invites MO and BOSS. I haven't been back on here since. I did see that MO was offering to put an ESPN league together and thought you guys were jumping in on that. BOSS, you missed out bro. You had the 4th pick, and with it you took Albert Pujols. But I'm sure you already know this.

Yeah, they gave me a pretty good team. Pujols and Crawford I'm very happy with. I think both guys could of been 1st rounders. I don't like my pitching, but my hitting is solid.
