OK...so who is going where in 2008?

We will set up individual threads for every game once the actual dates are out for the schedule, but for now I'm interested in knowing who plans/wants to go to what games (assuming schedule permits). For example, I plan to go to Carolina, BUT if it's the last week of December, I'm prolly not hauling 8 hours thru the snow.

The opponents are as follows:
HOME
SD, KC, Oakland
Jacksonville, Miami, New England
Tampa Bay, New Orleans

AWAY
SD, KC, Oakland
Cleveland, NY Jets, New England
Carolina, Atlanta

I personally plan to be in Cleveland and Carolina. It's looking like a strong posibility that I'll be making a trip to Denver as well...hopefully vs Oakland. if not, we'll try for Buffalo so my wife can toss beer at ignorant Bills fans. She still hasn't forgotten.

How hard do you think getting a ticket for NY will be? Hoping to coincide a trip to New York with watching the Broncos. I've heard it is impossible to get tickets for NY though. :confused:

Nice one. Did you get it through the ticket exchange on their site? I'd be delighted with $80. I've been preparing myself to pay a lot more through a tout (scalper you call them?) or get ripped off by a dodgy website.

I believe I went thru Ebay if I remember correctly. It's been a while...Griese was QB...I was a juvenile counselor and my new boss was also a Denver fan...I only worked w/ him for a short while...so it had to be...2001.

Ebay was really the only source I used back then if the team sites were sold out.

Buffalo hosts Oakland, Seattle and San Fran...3 teams I have never seen in person. I plan to go to 1 or 2 of those. Otherwise, they play SD and their division. My wife's, sister's fiencee (who was at the Indy tailgate) is a 49ers fan, so that one is likely.

I am totally jacked. Last (and only) Broncos game I saw in person was in the old Mile High in '94 against the Raiders.

i jsut bought mine on ticketmaster last week......they released some more SINGLE tickets........so yes ill be there in full broncos gear sitting by myself lol.

As for the price......a friend thats going to the game also jsut got 2 on ebay for 249. Face value for the upper deck is 90/ticket so things can get expensive.

There are two ways to go about this.

1. Try to wait till/if they lose a game.....prices will fall a lot if they do. If they dont lose a game.........tickets are going to be even more than they are now.

2. If you think they are going to be undefeated when we play them........get them on ebay or ticketluck.com (by far the cheapest broker online....nearly half the price of stubhub on many tickets) ASAP..... the closer you get to the season the more they will go up.

I'm not sure how much they were. My buddy's a doctor down in New Hampshire and somehow mananged to get a block of tickets for standing room only. He said the tickets were his treat and all I had to do was get down there for the game... Sorry for the lack of info 420 but that's all I know...
