They have him on the list of players "on the fence".

How would this shake up the draft if he doesn't come out?

I could have sworn his mother flat out stated that he would be coming out after this season.

It might have more to do with him denying the report that an agent bought him an Escalade. Which his family claims is his mother's new escalade and he just borrowed it for the trip to Dallas.

this would be a dumb decision by him. he would be gone by the 5th pick in the draft.

good news is thoug. if he does come out at least he wont be on any afc west team. bad news is if he somehow ends up a patriot.

He is a blithering idiot if he does not come out. He could be the number one overall pick this year, although Miami probably does not want a new RB. Why risk millions of dollars when you know you are going to end up playing football as a pro in the NFL anyway?
