Just took his first NFL regular season snap. Derek Anderson smacked the bageezus out of his thumb on a 49er player's helmet, so Quinn has stepped in. I'm sure Charlie is having a mini heart attack right now.

He's not doing too bad so far!

Quinn looked pretty solid out there on that field goal drive, almost reminiscent of when he schooled us in the preseason. If he plays well, then let the Anderson-Quinn debate begin for the offseason.

Brady Quinn's first drived look good, for a first drive ofcourse.

I like Derek Anderson but I wouldn't be suprised to see Brady Quinn stay in there a little bit longer. It will be interesting to see how Derek Anderson reacts when he gets back on the field though.

Quinn rifled that pass to Edwards in the end-zone, but Edwards got BLASTED from behind and let go of the ball.

No matter what Charlie will find something to complain about.

Aaaaaaaaaaargggggggghhhhhhhh

Brady is on the field, and I'm not watching!

You know that's the only reason I started this thread. It's bait!

I have little mental battles with myself when the announcers keep saying "DA".

I come from a drag racing background. In the drag racing world, when people say DA they are referring to the Density Altitude. So I keep hearing "DA" and keep thinking I've got NHRA on or something. Sheesh.

That Cribbs guy is un-freaking-believable. I don't care if there was holding on that second one, he blows my mind. It's the year of the return specialist, in my eyes. Well, that and the Patsies.

Well, Anderson is back in...that lasted all of a series. :tsk:

If the Browns get a good lead, they'll put Quinn back in.

However, if they do so, it will probably damage Derek Anderson's confidence.

Well, too bad I chose not to watch this game.

I am pretty tired of this season. Sorgi is playing for the Colts. It's pretty pointless to sit here and watch the game. Same with tonight's game.

I am playing a video game instead.

You're the dog's bollucks.

I learned that one today from a Brit I met here. :D

Peyton will start. Sorgi is no slouch though. Don't count the Colts out just yet.

Vince Young will ruin the Titans chances at the playoffs tonight. Watch closely tonight, He'll make enough mistakes to end the season for the Titans.

I don't think it would be too crazy to imagine Brady Quinn back in the game if the Browns go up by 21 points or something (it's too late for that now though).

This Brit I met the other day said that to me and I said, jokingly "F*** you!". And he explained it to me and we had a good laugh, so now that's my new thing. I'm cultured.

Did he (Quinn) get hurt or pulled? I don't have the game here locally.

Anderson smacked the hell out of his thumb on a helmet, came out for two Cleveland defensive series and one offensive series, then came back in. Brady was just a fill in, but he looked good.

Gotcha - thanks. I thought Quinn was the starter for some reason.

Ah ok.

Dialects can change alot depending on where you go in Britain so I'm not too suprised I haven't heard it used alot.

You need to watch Snatch. Brad Pitt and Jason Statham are in it. It's a pretty brutal movie, but has some humorous parts. One of my all time favorites.

I actually liked that movie. Especially Pitt as a Gypsy who you can't understand. I thought that was hilarious.
