RT Harris to play, LG Hamilton will not

It appears right tackle Ryan Harris will extend his streak of starts to 20 games. Harris injured his right shoulder late in the third quarter against Oakland last week and missed one day of practice this week. He is active for today’s game against the Cowboys.

Left guard Ben Hamilton, though, will not play because of an injured hamstring. Russ Hochstein, who started in place of RG Chris Kuper in the opener Sept. 13, will start in Hamilton’s place.

The other inactive players are: CB Alphonso Smith (ankle), QB Tom Brandstater (3rd QB), LB Spencer Larsen (shoulder), DT Chris Baker, OT Brandon Gorin, WR Brandon Lloyd and OLB Jarvis Moss.

Jack Williams will replace Smith as the nickel cornerback, just like he did through all of last week’s game against Oakland after Smith was injured early in the game.

Dallas running back Marion Barber is active.

Damn! Tom "the call me Stater Salad" is inactive? Shoot I was hoping he was going to get in the game! :woot:

He's designated as the 3rd quarterback, so, while technically inactive, he can play in an emergency.
