Personally dont like this idea since the officials are already having a hard time understanding what roughing the passer really is (see Brady/Jarrett Example).

As long as it is reviewed prior to like they do in college with targeting AND officials in NY or whenever they are MUST agree then I’d be ok with it.

Same but from what i was reading they wont review them and will only rely on the call on the field.
