At this point, what does it matter if Teddy is able to go or not?
Just finish out the year with Drew and Brett, let Teddy heal up and go elsewhere for next year possibly able to dink and dunk for another squad. No need to make it where the guy has long-term impacts for this waste of a season

That and seriously, the guy has had a few concussions these past few months. We do not need him getting brain damage for a meaningless 2 games. Let him heal.

#Broncos playing for pride in final games vs. AFC West opponents. Lock protected the ball well vs. #Raiders. But #Broncos would be well-served to give him a few more chances to make plays on Sunday. My #Denver7 story https://bit.ly/32NuOxV

They barely ran the ball so i would say they gave Lock a lot of chances. Maybe this time they should concentrate on running the ball more with Williams instead.

If this is accurate, it lists all surgeries Teddy has had

Concussion surgery? Shin bruise surgery? I don’t think the list is accurate… it seems to be listing the injuries he’s had over the years and saying they’re “surgeries”. Probably a Chinese website and bad translation where somehow “injury” becomes “surgery”.

Barely ran the ball. They only had 40 plays. And Each time they ran the ball they got maybe 2 yards max. What do you want them to do, get stuffed every play?

The QB needs to show he can beat the defense when they stack the box and go man across the board. That forces the D to change. We played 2 high and were frustrating their passing game until they destroyed us with the run. Take what the defense gives you and shove it down their throat until they change.

Well Teddy managed to get the team 21 (defense added a pick 6) the first time around. Lock should do better (at least not worse) than that. Should be an easy win here this week.

I hope so, but I think I'd take the under on that if I was putting money on it. Chargers were embarrassed last go around. They won't make the same mistake again.

The same thing that is fund about watching a seventh year QB struggle to get anything done on the field. Nothing!
Beyond the fact that I enjoy watching football, there is nothing fun about watching this offense.

Lol. No he doesn’t. Vic has either done enough to finish his contract at this point or he hasn’t. That’s up to Paton and whoever the new owner is. He might get another year simply by default but it won’t be because of the last game of a wasted season.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — George Paton had it all planned.
The Broncos’ general manager was flying into Los Angeles ahead of his team to scout the Rose Bowl matchup between Ohio State and Utah and all their elite prospects on Saturday afternoon in Pasadena.
Then, after spending time at the stadium where he played in college as a UCLA Bruin from 1988-91, Paton was going to meet up with the Broncos at their team hotel Saturday night and for their game Sunday afternoon against the AFC West-rival Chargers in Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium.
COVID-19 changed those plans.
The virus, it turned out, was not restricted to the Broncos’ players and coaching staff this week. Although he is triple vaccinated and was not subjected to daily testing for the virus, Paton self-reported mild symptoms to the Broncos’ medical team and underwent a COVID test. The results came back positive for the virus and Paton will not be making the trip to Los Angeles this weekend.
Paton sent a group text to his coaches and players Friday night wishing them well in Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES — Not to say the Broncos will be outmanned Sunday in their AFC West matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, but Denver has called up 11 practice-squad players as COVID-19 replacements.
A 12th practice squad player who was just signed off the street Friday to the practice squad, cornerback Rojesterman Farris, was a standard call up.
There are 12 Bronco players who will not play Sunday because of COVID-related illness, eight from the defensive side: Defensive tackle Mike Purcell, cornerback Bryce Callahan, safety Caden Sterns and outside linebackers Bradley Chubb, Stephen Weatherly and Jonathon Cooper; inside linebacker Baron Browning and defensive lineman McTelvin Agim.
Missing from the offensive side: Right tackle Bobby Massie, receivers Jerry Jeudy and Tim Patrick.
Also out with COVID is core special teamer Mike Ford.

that's fair, I would give him a chance with a new staff, but he should lose his starting spot next season until he proves he deserves it cause right now he is one of the worst centers in football. Only reason he is starting is because Schlotman is even worse. Meinerz is probably a better option then Cush at this point. But we don't have guard depth outside Muti who will probably get the start in risner's stead this weekend.
I do agree 3 years is a the template to use before giving up on a rookie. I cant say for certain either if our OL issues are munchak related or Shurmur related. Record shows its all probably shurmur's fault across the board. However cush has played very poorly and often struggles at the POA even with 1 guy to block, that screams technique and strength issues which lie at the foot of the positional coach and the player.

They’re all taking turns getting beat, people only notice when that happens and we get the absolutes hyperbole all over again because of it. Cushenberry is no worse than the last two stiffs and has a much higher ceiling.
Do what you did with the last two stiffs, let them play out their contract and replace them.
Meinerz and Glasgow aren’t any better, btw, there’s a reason Cushenberry is playing C and they’re playing G. The C that Paton took in the 1st round for Vikings? Getting trucked on the reg, these players have never seen the first step explosion that NFL puts in their faces on every single snap.
