So? Fans always clamor for the backup when the starter struggles. Same would happen with Bridgewater, or a rookie, or whomever we brought in. This is a bad reason not to solidify the backup QB spot. If Lock can't handle that pressure, he was never going to work out anyway.

Has nothing to do with Lock, it could be the QB they take at 9 or trade up for.
