Hogan was terrible. Threw like 3 ints. Flacco looks pretty damn average, threw an int into double coverage 30 yds downfield, dont expect to see vets throwing into double coverage but he did. Lock looks raw, but anyone with eyes can see the talent is there. I didnt see much of Rypien.

I am pretty sure Davis went down w injury. Didnt see much LB work.

I think where you confused is that it often looked like Davis was playing hurt as the only excuse for when he was seemingly in the wrong gap (could be scheme/play called) or missed a tackle. I can't get fully on board with Davis. At times he seems solid, but at times he seems like he's out there, but not there.

From what I've read on Twitter seems like he played with the 3s the first day or two and has since been worked in with the 2s. I'd be surprised if he got many if any reps with the 1s since flacco is new here too.

I was thinking that, too. I kept seeing #15 making plays on the highlight vids and had to look up who that was. I was surprised (in a good way) to see it was Winfree. Hopefully he keeps it up. Of all of our position groups, WR has the biggest ? IMO. Sutton and Hamilton look promising, but don’t really look like starters yet. ES is still recovering. We need to find another guy or two who can get it done in case ES never really gets back to what he was. I was hoping River Cracraft could be a weapon in the slot but now he’s hurt too.

Tim Patrick showed some promise late last year after ES went down so maybe he’ll take a step this year. I’m just not super comfy with the WRs this year.

If the offense sucks, it ain’t the line or the receivers. We’ve been through this time and time again. If the offense can’t score it’s on one dude. I know people hate it when I say this, but if the offense sucks it’s on Flacco.

It's too early to be overly concerned. It could be a case of the offense looking bad because the defense looks really good. I'd wait to see how we look in the preseason games 3-4 before getting too concerned yet.

We play 5 preseason games this year broseph... He's a camp body to lob the ball to people during one of the extra games, that's it. He'll get cut before too long.

It doesn't matter if media and fans panic. If Denver were to start off 0-2 and media and fans panic there is no tangible evidence that shows that the Broncos will finish the season 6-10. Denver started 2-0 last season and ended up 6-10.
