How often do college coaches pan out? Not saying I don't want the guy, or that he's a bad candidate. But I thought the general rule was that college coaches tend to flame out in the NFL?

Giving how much the NFL is starting to morph into the college game, I'm not sure how true that old adage would still be these days.

At least he'd do something. I mean, he would try to fix our OL and defense with a comb, but it's still something.
