Broncos incorporating the FB in the run game is old fashioned. Hell committing to the STRETCH RUN offense is indeed a bit antiquated. However, that part has been effective.
What confuses me is how they DON'T RUN more playaction keepers off of that success.
Keenums first completion was out of that play. They hardly ran it ever again.
Personally, I like that style. If the Broncos try to play this new age run pass option with Keenum, in my opinion it won't work. He seems to run those keepers pretty decent.
I guess I am pissing in the wind. Cause it is not going to matter. Imo, it would not make much of a difference, even if Aaron Rodgers was the QB.
I will maintain the biggest mistake Elway made was allowing Wade Philips to leave. No way......NO WAY.....you allow him to leave.
