Two weeks now and it is not that the secondary is getting beat on great throws. It is that WRs and TEs are consistently WIDE OPEN all over the place (especially in the middle of the field.) Derek Carr was not exactly dropping dimes in his 29 for 32 performance.
I have seen them several times showing blitz, then sending them, and the corners are playing off. That is essentially the time for them to be playing a bit tighter. Not 10 yards off.
I am sick of seeing the DBs looking at each other with their hands up in confusion while opposing offenses have very very simple drives. That drive when the Raiders went up 19 to 7. That was ridiculous.
Anyone know if that question is being asked at the pressers that I never watch?
