Schedule release is coming tonight at 8:00 ET. Will update this when it’s official or with any leaks.

How many prime time games will we get this year? We’ve opened up at home for six years in a row. Is this the year that changes?

Edit: the complete schedule -

I hope we open on the road for some reason. Just to get a road win maybe against someone like the Bengals or Cardinals? Be nice to shake off some of that stank from last season where if we weren't at home I just assumed we were gonna lose sometimes no matter who it was. I am thinking 3-4 night games maybe. 2 Sunday night games, a Thursday, and a Monday night one.

Broncos should have a much more favorable schedule than the murderers row we have seen in recent years. Hope they can take advantage of it.

I hate the late Monday night game to open the season... Hopefully we don't get saddled with that, but we probably will. Hoping for as few Thursday night games as possible too.

We will have at least 1 thurs night game and 1 sunday night and one monday night. I bet that is about it for us. I do not think we play the pats this year do we? So probably the Ravens. Hopefully that game is here.

Yes, everyone has known that for years, and it gets pointed out every year by dozens of people around the time the schedule is released. Next time please add some commentary about how silly a schedule announcement show is given this knowledge.

It will probably have higher ratings than the NHL playoffs too.

I think pretty much everyone can agree we are not in the golden years of the NFL anymore. It's way too PC and too many rules. Still my favorite sport but it's not as fun to watch as much as it was back in the day.

They have an NFL Network with nothing to talk about for four months. If the NFL thought it could pull a 10 share with Tom Brady pulling lint out of his navel, they'd make that a special.

Not bad, at first glance. Open and close at home. Week 10 bye, which is good. I could do without the five road games out of seven in the middle of the season, but we always seem to get that. I also don't like that the MNF Oakland game is Christmas Eve night. I'm always at my in-laws and it'll be tough to try and watch that one.

I just noticed that the game against the Browns is one of those late season Saturday games. Time says "TBD" because they apparently haven't decided if it will be 4:30 or 8:00 for that game and Jets/Texans. But it will be on NFL Network regardless.

All things considered, pretty pleased with that schedule. Getting the Rams, Steelers and Texans at home is huge, and while the Seahawks will probably be garbage this year, not having to play them in Seattle is a big plus. I can live with our road schedule as well. Ultimately, everything's contingent on whether or not Case can actually produce for us, but I think the schedule at least gives us a shot to compete.

This schedule should be cake, unfortunately our team is below average. Hope we at least get a wild card but...I see us 8-8 or 9-7 and that's being optimistic. If we do worse than that I bet VJ gets canned before the season even ends.

Hope we nail the draft this time.

Haha Vermont was totally my wife's decision, and she is far from a liberal. She just really liked the hospital/people here when she interviewed. I actually really didn't want to come here, but it's grown on me.

Browns, Broncos flexed into Week 15 primetime

The NFL has the right to re-schedule games based on early season outcomes. They have exercised that right for four games during the final weeks of the regular season.

In Week 15, the New York Jets will host the Houston Texans on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 4:30 PM ET on NFL Network. Later in the day, the Denver Broncos will host the Cleveland Browns at 8:20 PM ET on NFL Network.
