Just saw on Twitter that Elway and company have just signed Tramaine Brock. One year, $4 million. I wasn't impressed with him at all with the Niners and didn't see much of him with the Vikings. Not a sexy signing by any means......

That was her story. He says that he wasn't even in the apartment when the incident happened. The charges were dropped because of lack of evidence. Maybe it happened and maybe it didn't. By the way you stated it, you'd think you were there. Were you? There's false allegations against people with money all the time. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt since he wasn't convicted, or even tried.

According to the district attorney the latest altercation left her with visible marks on her neck. I’m sure she just put those there to get dat money.

Could be that he talked her out of it. Could be that he didn't do it. We may never know. It does sound fishy though.

I think jakefodor had a pretty solid theory. If prosecuting him means much lower child support checks, it's probably not worth it to cooperate. Sorta shooting yourself in the foot, even if the allegations are true.

The good news is, it looks like the Broncos will also be signing Delvin Breaux today. I like him a lot better than Brock even without the character issues.

California law it makes no difference if the victim cooperates or not. If there's evidence there are charges.

Maybe we can just cut Brock then. I doubt he makes it out of camp anyhow tbh.

I suspect he's hurt still. I got the impression he left town without an offer at the time. Otherwise his agent would have touted the fact that we offered him.
