I think if you paid me $100, I might consider attending the draft live in-person. Maybe. Actually no - for $200 I'd consider it. I can't imagine that being enjoyable in any way.

I never went when it was here in NY for years, mostly because the way they gave out tickets made it nearly impossible for me. Might be fun to go once in my life, though I wouldn’t fly in for it or anything

I think it's one of those events that's actually better on TV (kind of like actual NFL games, don't @ me).

I don't even watch the draft on TV, let alone consider going to it.
What a waste of time.

Hanging out for about 3-4 hours just so I can hear a series of announcements that would take a total of 2-3 minute if they were give all at once, just to endure the 1st round, doesn't sound vary exciting to me.
You get to witness some history, be present when your team (hopefully) drafts a hall of famer, and there are a bunch of events going on. It'd be a blast. JMO.

All that being said, I still can't go to venues like that because I've been developing auditory sensitivity issues late in life. I still have to remind myself every now and then that I can't handle going to some of the places that I had no problem with in years past. I could hang out in the periphery were it won't be so loud, but I wouldn't be as close to the action that many of you would like to get.
