Vince rebooting the mess that was the XFL and looking at a 2020 launch. How big a train wreck we expecting?

league will start the week after the Superbowl
8 teams, 10 game regular season.
2 semi-finals and a championship game
no cheerleaders.
will not sign players with criminal records and players that are convicted of a crime will have their contracts voided.


My thinking is they will just sign players that never cut it in the NFL and college players that want to leave early.

If he does it right, it could work. Im cool with football after the Superbowl, even if the product isn't as good. 2 hour games, simple rulebook, no gimmicks? Pull it off and I will give it a chance.
