You must have at least 4000 posts.

First place votes will be worth 5 points, second place 4 points, and so on and so forth

If there is a tie for 2nd, all tied members will be inducted

In all seriousness though, I have been debating how much longer I want to do this thing. A good chunk of the active members are in now, and voting participation goes down a bit each year as fewer and fewer people stay active here. We also only had 2 new members become eligible this year. Usually 8-10 get added to the ballot each year. So it's definitely only going to continue to slow down. Honestly this has had a way longer run than I thought it would. It's fun to do this kind of stuff every year, so I'd be open to try something new.

Well, it's hard when we're in a very down year as a team though. We're going to be a lot more active poster wise when the team is 11-5 than when it's 5-11.
