It's what they have to do. It's hard to draft QB and play the position, but as an organization you just have to keep drafting.

But was all heart, and nowhere near one of the worst QB’s to ever play. He got bounced out of the NFL because you couldn’t have him on your bench, the fans came with him. Any other QB that had done what he had would have gotten a chance somewhere else, but almost no other player (Kapernick) would have come with the media baggage. His teammates complained about it with the NYJ. Why do Denver fans feel the need to bag on Tebow? He gave us a wildly entertaining season and brought back a pick when we dealt him. You expect we will get that kind of return out of Lynch?

Brees is 38 & is finishing up his 17 season. If he's the final piece to our SB puzzle, then I'd have no problem with him being our next Peyton Manning, but we're missing way to many pieces.
