Ok, according to Southstands303 Nate Lundy, formerly of 104.3 is buying Mile High Sports radio and magazine.

@southstands303: I hoped to break the story but it is pretty well out there now. Mile High Sports Radio, magazine sold to former fan PD Nate Lundy.

760 was replaying something I already heard, so I went around the dial a little while ship. 104.3 and altitude were airing national syndicated stuff, so I tried mile high sports.

They were taking about Charles and neither of them knew he was the all time leader in yards per carry, but went on to say his blitz pickup is the most important for the Broncos because their starting QB is crap.

This is why I gave up on mile high a while back. They, like some of the guys on 104.3 sound more like some if us fans hashing it or on this forum, then acting like objective members of media.

I have no problem bringing up negatives about a QB or running back or line or whatever, but don't do it in a way that you can't tell the difference between the host and a call in rant.

The guys on 760 can be highly critical of players, but will do it professionally and back it up, and not just throw out chum to the listeners like good shock jocks.

Hopefully Lundy will make some positive changes, because the current "approach" mirrors the behavior of the former owner, Merrilett, which often left a lot to be desired and always seemed to be geared towards being contrarian and stirring the pot.

The MHS guy who ran it previously was a moron. Content was terrible. Biased, unsourced, speculative - maybe Lundy can professionalize it a bit.
