There is just not enough talent available on oline either through the draft or through free agency for a quick turnaround. If the players are physically incapable of executing it doesn't matter WHICH plays they royally screw up. Only difference is that consistently screwing up lots of conservative plays produces 13-3 losses instead of 50-10 losses. Hopefully he's more successful at getting the guy who DOES make that decision to see reason, because so far trying to produce a 7th round TJ Yates or UDFA Case Keenum to improve on Elways handpicked linemen's not working well.
