Unless I'm mistaken, Davii is an E-9, Sergeant Major which makes him a Staff NCO.

I'm an E-8. Staff NCO, Master Sergeant. Were I serving with Dave I'd be a WO-1, if I were in the Navy I'd be a Senior Chief, Air Force I'd be a Senior Master Sergeant. I will probably be selected for E-9 in 2018 and then have a difficult decision on whether to accept the promotion or retire. We shall see.
