Sure, attending a football game is all about cheering on your team and watching the action live, but it’s also an opportunity to indulge in stadium food. Fried, frozen and frothy, stadium food has taken on a life of its own as more teams come up with crazy creations for fans to enjoy in the stands. Centerplate, the hospitality partner of Sports Authority Field at Mile High, revealed some new items Tuesday that will appear on the 2016 menus at Broncos games.

This season will feature more than 10 new items throughout the stadium including Frito Pie with Mark Schlereth’s Stinkin’ Good Green Chili, a Southwest Chicken Sausage made with a local Palisade Peach slaw and a few other hand-worthy items like street tacos, gyros and taco pizzas.

And because it is Denver after all, the menus will feature a new beer called — fittingly — United in Orange Pale Ale from Breckenridge Brewery. The beer is brewed with orange juice and orange peel to make it just orange enough to find a home at the Broncos’ stadium.

Save room for dessert? New sweet options include Broncos helmet sundaes and nitro root beer floats.

Is the neon green relish still on the menu? That shit freaks me out. It's like nuclear green!

At first I thought this was going to be about new names for the stadium. "Frito Pie Field at Mile High"...

Well that's kind of embarrassing.

I bet it would go great with a Bud Light Lime.

Joe, I swear you and I are brothers.

The only problem with Bud Light Lime is that they go down way to fast when it's hot outside.

Try the fritos lay lightly salted fritos. They are good. The best thing about this frito pie will be Schlereth's Stinkin' Good Green Chili. It is absolutely great.

Given what Schlereth (who added new meaning to the phrase "left everything on the field") did as a player, I wouldn't dare eat anything with his name on it.
