ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- The Broncos moved quickly to replace Brian Callahan, agreeing to terms with former Kansas assistant coach Klint Kubiak as offensive assistant/quarterbacks.

Kubiak spent the 2015 season as KU's wide receivers coach after working two seasons on the Minnesota Vikings' staff as a quality-control/assistant wide receivers coach. In Minnesota, he served on the staffs of two head coaches: Leslie Frazier (2013) and Mike Zimmer (2014).

He also spent two seasons on the Texas A&M staff (2011-12), working in various capacities on the offensive side of the ball under head coach Kevin Sumlin.

At least Kubiak is related to more qualified coaches than Ben McDaniels.
