Parking pass

Does anyone know what time you can go to the parking lot tomorrow? It doesn't say a time on my pass when you can come. I assume it's on a first come first serve basis, but wasn't sure if the parking lot opened at a certain time or not.

There is a private lot between E and F below the sports store that is first come first serve, it's a little more expensive but it's a great spot close to the stadium and you can park as early as you want. It fills up fast though so be at least three hours early, maybe even four.
