Y'know, I've always hated quick outs because if a CB jumps the route he's already sprinting toward the end zone with NOTHING in front of him, and the whole offense running the wrong way, most of it way downfield. All that said: Really growing on me thanks to Talib and Harris. ;) Meanwhile:

1) Int was 100% Manning, who had a very roomy pocket forever.
2) Line looks much improved, except for the left side remaining total garbage; Mathis routinely beat inside on runs, and... Harris? routinely beat outside on passes AND inside on runs.
3) Did I read that right? We have 10 Personal Foul penalties, and that leads the league? I know at LEAST 3 were on Jackson; get your had in the game, man!
4) Nice long drive, even if it only got a FG; keeps the D fresh for pick-sixes and sacks. Going for 4th and 4 was the right call on paper, but took guts on the road with our offense and a kicker who's hit every kick this year, many of which would've been good from 70.

Yeah, agreed. The lack of balance wouldn't be as big a concern if we had a reliable passing game, to some degree but I keep thinking if anything is going to click with this offense it's going to be along the ground but the past couple weeks they actually seem to be regressing in this regard. I don't even recognize CJ anymore; I want last year's version back already with the explosiveness and football IQ that came with it. This version that ignores holes and can't break arm tackles sucks.
