DENVER — A one-of-a-kind program is helping the city’s most troubled offenders get back on their feet.
It’s called Recovery Court and you may recognize one case manager from his days with the Denver Broncos. He’s former All Pro safety and two-time Super Bowl champion Tyrone Braxton.
