Sources tell Dan Graziano (https://www.facebook.com/dangrazianoespn) the NFLPA will pursue charges of collusion against the Dallas Cowboys (https://www.facebook.com/DallasCowboys) and Denver Broncos (https://www.facebook.com/DenverBroncos) if Dez Bryant (https://www.facebook.com/DezBryant88)and Demaryius Thomas (https://www.facebook.com/OfficialDemaryiusThomas) don't sign long-term contracts with their respective teams by Wednesday's deadline.

The union says it has credible information that the Cowboys and Broncos have had conversations about the negotiations of long-term deals for franchise wide receivers Bryant and Thomas, and the CBA grants the union the right to discovery in the case of a credible collusion claim.

Wonder what kind of punishment Denver faces if found guilty?

Renck was talking about this on the radio this morning. Said the Broncos feel the claims are totally baseless, and would be laughable if they tried to pursue it based on the word of Dez Bryant and no additional evidence.

Unless they would be dumb enough to put any sort of these conversations in emails or texts, there would literally be no way to prove this.

Well, that's their job...unless they have some crazy proof, they'll fail.

They could pull a Tom Brady and not give up their cell phones.

They are just doing this because both WRs aren't getting contracts. It's purely their job, but its BS. Basically, from what I understand, most of the "accusations" are coming from the Bryant camp because they believe Dez deserves top WR money...which puts him in the range of Calvin Johnson money. However, Calvin had a contract from the OLD system and was a top 5 pick...which is why he got so much money. Both Bryant and Thomas were picked in the 20s, in the new system. They won't get that kind of money, and Denver and Dallas are both right in not offering that kind of money. This "collusion" accusation is complete BS, but its a way for the NFLPA to get "attention" poured onto the franchises to give in.

That's what I said yesterday. They can't rely on the word of a grown man who has a hired babysitter.
