I don't normally link articles on this forum. Carol seems pretty awesome at that. But if Paige is right, then it seems the youngsters will get a fair shot this season under Kubiak. The part below really rubs me as it seems Fox/Gase and Elway disagreed about playing rookies. So we don't know what we have in Schofield/Paradis!

The departures of John Fox and Adam Gase were hastened, in part, because of their hard-line stance not to use three of Elway's draft picks last year. He wanted wide receiver Cody Latimer in uniform and on the field, and he wasn't thrilled that offensive linemen Michael Schofield and Matt Paradis never got a look.
