Pops was in Cleveland. Then dad was in Trenton, N.J. He moved in with his son in Tampa, Fla. He wound up in Dallas.
Then dad went to heaven.
No one could ever convince Aqib Talib his father was anywhere else.
It was last season, Week 2, Thursday night prime time. Now the Broncos' left cornerback, Talib then was a member of the New England Patriots. That morning, Sept. 12, 2013, Talib's father, Theodore Henry, took his final breath after a lengthy battle with lung disease.
