Nice little article on MMQB this morning about our own JT.

Thomas was sheepish when asked about it later. “Sometimes,” he said, “you get a little over-expressive out there. You get a little too excited and in the heat of the moment you say things. But I can tell you now there’s nothing easy about it. You think there’s anything easy about playing with Peyton Manning … There’s nothing easy about it. It’s hard work day after day, or he’s going to throw it to somebody else.”

Non story for me. That one TD was easy as they come. Not sure why anyone (the media or otherwise) would confuse getting what is basically an easy score vs putting in the work necessary to win ballgames. When JT said what he said i never thought once that it was in regards to his or Manning's work ethic.

Proof is on film. I think Manning chews JTs ass in games more than any other Bronco.

Just competitor talk. Less grating than Sherman's "you suck" refrain. I appreciate the passion as the NFL becomes more sterile. (Fantasy stats, flags, booth reviews, endless commercials, etc.)

Why do you have to be apologetic after celebrating a TD? Are the DB's offended by JT's words and demanded he come out publicly and rephrase his words?
