Shuffle through the bottom drawers and the back end of the closet.

There has to be a navy blue Demaryius Thomas or Von Miller jersey in there somewhere.

The Broncos will wear their alternate, all-navy blue uniforms in Game 6 (Week 7) against the San Francisco 49ers. It's a Sunday night game, Oct. 19, at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

So it will be a prime-time audience that views the Broncos in their 2011 "throwback" uniforms.

I know I'm in the minority here, but those are awful.

I think they're ugly too and calling them a throwback is wrong.

I don't mind them for one game. Sure glad they are not the regular uniforms.

Sure, it's not going to ruin my experience as a fan of the team but I wish they would do a true throwback. I'm surprised they don't. These are merely alternate colors. I think a true thowback would be better. They'd probably make more momey on jersey sales too.

I'd rather see the blueberries put back in the closet in favor of the 1996 "throwbacks"

I think we have only won once in them too.....last year I think?

Blue on White. The orange is horrible but Blue/Blue is by far the worst. Getting rid of the orange was long overdue in 1997, Elway should be fired for bringing it back.

Aw, crap! I was looking forward to the Orange Sunday at the game. We will be there for Niners vs. Broncos game. However, I would like to see full blue uniforms in another game. Not this Sunday Night Football.

Honestly this is the first thought that came to mine..........Good, they should never wear Orange against the Niners again. #XXIV

Also, I'll never forget the night the Niners kicked ass the night Darren Williams was murdered. Cost us a trip to the playoffs. COK6

They're not calling them throwback slick, rather alternate.

Ravage!!!

I think that's the only time we have won while wearing them.....all the other that I can remember we have lost.

■ Patriots 41, Broncos 23

DENVER — Tom Brady and the New England Patriots shut down Tim Tebow and clinched a playoff berth with a victory over Denver.

The Patriots (11-3) won their sixth straight game and another AFC East title by bouncing back from an early 17-6 deficit and an awful first quarter in which they were outgained on the ground 167 yards to 4.

All blue unis bring back one thing in my mind - Tim Tebow.

I just don't get hung up on the color of our jerseys. I know they have nothing to do with winning or losing, so I don't judge them based on that... at all.

That's not the uniform the Broncos won the Super Bowls with
Correction. They wore all blue once in 97, in the regular season.

Preseason 1997 only, apparently.

Not until 2003. I wish they'd just do the blue on white. It's a much sharper look than the leotards.

I believe we got smoked in record fashion last time we wore them...
