For real, he's gotta find a way to not project his passes if thats really how Seattle exploited him and the offense during the SB (I'm still baffled how horribly they played). Sure, he could use better Oline play, but he alone made them look fantastic on paper so, he can do that again. The defense looks pretty legit so I don't think he needs anything on that side of the ball. Maybe, he needs his WRs to be more physical instead of giving up on a route and looking for penalty flags after being touched. But, maybe Decker's leaving takes care of that.

In my eyes, he has no excuse not to win the Super Bowl this next season (pending any serious injuries). Just don't project his passes is all I can think of. He's got everything else he needs.
