ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Every day at practice, Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense get a look at a defensive front that features pass rushers the likes of DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller.

In August, they'll get an up-close-and-personal look at J.J. Watt and Jadeveon Clowney.

The Denver Broncos and Houston Texans have announced that the two teams will host joint practices during training camp at Dove Valley this year.

The sessions will be held beginning Tuesday, Aug. 19 through Thursday, Aug. 21 in advance of the teams' preseason matchup on Saturday, Aug. 23 at 7 p.m. MDT at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

I'm not sure I trust Von Miller at a "joint practice".

Can't tell is this is a crack about his dope habit, or innate fear of his knee joint injury. Points for either.

I think it was pretty obviously a weed joke.

I don't like these. They should hold them with NFC teams only.

If anything, it should be a good test for our Oline. Lining up vs Watt and Clowney should provide an excellent test for them especially with RT not firmly established. I think it's a smart move.

I expect when ShaneFalco is going to be might disappointed when he finds out that "joint practice" has nothing to do with rolling joints.
