Avs definitely need to improve on the following:

Only 14 shots on goal through two periods. That number needs to double in the third.

Lucic is a ******* tool. Funny thing is I hate the Wings and have always liked the Bruins but I can't stand them with Lucic and Marchand on that team.

That was the first Avs game i've watched in probably ten years and holy crap what a great game!!
Finally had something sports related to cheer about wow it's been a shitty couple months.

So Pens are done. Seems like a lot of talent to not get to the next step....oh I'm happy I like the Rangers more, but still a little surprised.
Hawks moved on. I couldn't watch any of those games. Even when I was in town. It was just too painful. Just hoping the Ducks can beat LA, so I have one team in the West to cheer for.
We all root for the Hawks.

I'm not going to pretend that I watch hockey outside of the Finals but man I'm getting pumped for the Rangers.

Congrts to LA... Chi played great and I really thought they would take it all. I'm a Kopitar fan so I'm not too upset that LA is going to the finals....

That entire game upset me. The Kings weren't the better team, although we are more to blame, really. Game two we fell apart and then gave them so much momentum. Ugh.

I'm sorry King. I know that they are your team and it hurts when your team doesn't move on.
I couldn't watch that last game to be honest I'm not fond of either LA or Chi, but I like Kopitar and Gaborik a whole lot more as people I've had contact with than Toews, Sharp.
At this point I really don't care who wins it all, but I plan on watching a few of the games. I guess when I find myself cheering for one or the other...it always happens I'll know.

Lundqvist and Quick are playing lights out in this third.... Sorry to everyone that lost up to this game, but I'm enjoying the heck out of this game. Nope not cheering for either team and just enjoying the game.....:D

Anybody around....this game is crazy. I would be really upset if I was a Ranger fan with the Kings player falling on the goalie....but wow....so much energy!

Wow North.....you could get a sweep. I was shocked last night that the Rangers were shut out. I really thought once they went back to NY that it would be even..... LA is on a roll and very well could win it all. When the playoffs started the Kings were not at the top of my list of who could win it all. Coming back on the Sharks like they did IMO gave them that confidence that they could take on anyone. So that's why they play the games and the old line of just get to the dance first, they are proof of that.

Yea, i would of preferred the Avalanche be in this situation but i have a buddy in CA who is a KIngs fan so i am pulling for him. I have a buddy who is a Rangers fan too but i just dont care for NY. lol

You and me both....but the Avs did get the # 1 pick this last year for a reason, so they've come a long way. I like Gaborik and Kopatar but I also like St. Louis so at this point it really doesn't matter to me. I'm just hoping that it really does in the future.
