The New England Patriots are negotiating with suspended free agent cornerback Brandon Browner.
A well-placed Patriots source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter that "Browner wants to be in New England. I think we are close, but it's a tough deal to do because of suspension, etc."
Browner will be suspended for the first four games of the 2014 regular season for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy. If Browner complies with the league's policy, he'll be reinstated after the four-game suspension.

Inked for 3-years 17M. BB does it again! :hah:
Man, Revis and Browner are gonna feast on Peyton's wobblers.
I really don't know much about browner at all. I feel confident in saying Talib is a better player

He is a solid corner who is tough. He got a lot of penalties for head hunting on WR. But he was also replaced easily by seattle when he was suspended. He is out first 4 games of the season and unpaid do the next 4. He was suspended I definitely for failing drug tests

Try this instead. It's BB's new favorite 33 sec. video.

That hit was way more helmet to helmet than welkers with Talib. That's the kinda shit that makes me hate bellicheat. But how ironic with the connection between that hit and welkers with Talib. At least welker came out the winner against Talib. So basically what I'm saying is both plays a patriot got knocked the fuc out

Solid move. Again. I love listening to Jets fans whine.
"The Jets make a big splash and get Eric Decker and what do the Pats do? Sign Darrelle Revis to shut him down when they play them".
Hearing it is priceless.

Shit! Damn!
I just got in from dinner, to find this disturbing news.
Son of a beeotch. Browner and Revis, together. ****!
Well they're still weak at safety, I think, after dumping their starter, Gregory. Those ******s better not snag Allen.

**** the Jets....I'm more concerned with what this means for Denver and Peyton.

Then get ready for a coronary Runamok! Did you see what GB paid to keep Raji? 1 yr @ 4 ml. That's more in line w/ what a D-lineman is worth compared to the ridiculously overpaid prices teams paid on Day 1 of FA.
Everything is now settling into place in this FA regarding salaries to D-Lineman. You can expect NE to sign talent like Allen or Peppers to a very modest 1 yr deal rather than the irresponsible contract Elway paid to a rapidly declining DeMarcus Ware.
