Zane to the Jags, Woodyard visits Pansies and we're still in talks with DRC's agent.

Kinda bummed to see Woodyard go. He hurt that shoulder last year and never played the same. He could get back to form next year.

Well, Beadles can do a lot of pulling. Problem is, he can't do a lot of pushing.

Good Bronco though and he stays healthy. Good luck in Jax.

:salute: for his years as a Bronco. No need to worry about Super Bowl pressure where he is going....

Why do fans show different levels of respect for players/personnel that retire versus ones that move on in free agency? If a guy was a solid character while in Denver, why talk shit about him when he leaves?

Fans are lying when they say they wouldn't do the same thing.

Maybe because now that Beadles isn't a Bronco these fans don't have to pretend that he doesn't suck.

When you are the Jags, you HAVE to overpay.

No you don't. One reason the Jaguars sucked so long is they overpaid for bad players. What matters is who you overpay. When the Jaguars were good, so many players were overpaid they were unable to sign any players without restructuring a lot of contracts after several years. But because the guys they overpaid were very good spendfing too much money made them a playoff team. Then came the bad general managers who did not know the first thing about evaluating talent and overpaid guys who sucked. Zane Beadles will certainly be an upgrade over everyone who was a left guard in Jacksonville last year.

I sincerely hope the Jags run a lot of zone . . . to the right.

The Jaguars have not had a good right guard in the last five years either and definitely should draft one, so I don't know how that would be any better.

No need to worry about Super Bowl pressure where he is going.

But there will still be pressure to win every week. Gus Bradley is a rah-rah coach people want to play for and put a winning culture back in the locker room. Super Bowl pressure is not necessary. Someday when the rebuilding effort is completed, going back to the playoffs will be a much more realistic possibility.

Always felt Beadles was underappreciated around here. Too much focus on what he wasn't, and not enough acknowledgement on the things he did well. Not an elite OG by any stretch, but a solid pro. Wish him well.

He should not have that problem in Jacksonville. Left guard has been a sore spot there for years.

Good luck Jacksonville, your sore spot just turned into a weak spot.
