Help, I’ve been hit by an orange tidal wave!

On Thursday, I posted a blog asking international Broncos fans to share their stories. Within 10 minutes I had received 10 emails. By Friday morning my in-box was yelling “uncle.” I was amazed. I heard from Broncos fans from all over the world. From Asia, the Middle East, Mexico, England, France and, especially, Australia.

There is no way I will be able to get to all of them, but as the Broncos move closer to their Super Bowl XVLIII showdown with the Seahawks, I will try to share as many of your stories as I can.

So, without further ado, here’s Part I of our International Broncos Fans Series:

I read that earlier. The coolest part was how the guy ended his letter with

I feel his pain on the night games; I'm an hour further east, so it's even worse.

We are everywhere man!!!!

I love this freakin team!! Been following them since the 80's. As a kid I remember Elway getting torched against the 49ers and thought it totally sucked! Lol. Yes, Elway is what made me become a Broncos fan. I loved that he just carried on through all of the ups and downs. Just loved watching him throw it and scramble out of the pocket yet still make a play. He was always so clutch...with not much help either until the mid 90's.

Jakarta, Indonesia. Kenya, Africa. Sao Paulo, Brazil. Beijing, China. Marseille, France. Brisbane, Australia. Warsaw, Poland.

There are Broncos fans scattered all over the globe and they are all figuring out how to watch next Sunday’s Super Bowl against the Seahawks.

Since I sent out my request to hear from international Broncos fans on Thursday, I’ve received more than 150 emails. There are a lot of cool stories out there. Unfortunately, I can’t share them all. I’ll continue to post this blog throughout Super Bowl week while I’m stationed in Times Square.

Here is Chapter 2:

That guy from Australia said his first game in the new stadium was against the Saints last year.

That's the game where I destroyed my knee after our awesome tailgate, on the way into the stadium.

NEW YORK — Fitting that I should be in the heart of the Big Apple — Times Square — reading emails from all over the world from people professing their love for the Denver Broncos.

It’s been a pretty amazing experience. It’s Sunday night and we are a week out from the Broncos’ Super Bowl XLVIII showdown against the Seattle Seahawks. NYC is not fired up for the game yet, but that will change in the coming day days, but international Broncos fans are more than ready.

Here is Chapter 3 of our story on International Broncos Fans:

from the last fan's letter in Chapter 3:

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL

For the Super Bowl game there are die-hard Broncos fans in Jerusalem that are organizing a get together for the event. Calling the meeting place “Sports Authority Mile High Stadium-Jerusalem”.
