Ok dudes and dudettes.

How do you see it this weekend?

How will the Broncos play?

Good? Bad? Decent? Terrible?

The first opponent is a (imo) very sneaky team talent wise.

Three WRs that can take it to the house.

A RB who is a strong downhill runner.

A defense that when healthy can wreak havoc on unsuspecting teams.

Im looking for a defense that surprises Cincy. Palmer will get hit.
The Bengals WRs will have some plays, but will not play the way they see themselves playing....thereby beginning to come unglued.

Dawkins will crank on Benson, and have some big hits. The defense will swarm under his leadership.

The offense will play way above our expectations. We will be methodical. We will be tough. We will run the ball.

Special teams will be dynamic.

People will begin to talk.

We will score at least 30.

Great! Then being a 4 1/2 point underdog should be a no-brainer for us betting folks. Thanks.

Well, according to the LolCatz board (all paraphrased):

Our front 7 is really small (especially our NT who weighs 285) - Dumervil will be ineffective lined up at DE - and so they'll get pushed around by a powerful OL which has suddenly become better in run and pass blocking over the offseason. Benson will therefore gash our line because he's proven to be a highly effective runner in the NFL.

Palmer is back and will come straight out of the gate on fire with no rust whatsoever because he's amazing. He only needed a couple of series in the preseason to get back to 100% and it doesn't matter that he's not been practising for the last 4 weeks. COC Johnson (hmm, nickname might stick) is unstoppable this season and will have 8+ recs and two TDs against a slow Champ Bailey. Laverneus Coles has proven to be a highly effective #1 receiver in the past and is way better than TJ and will dominate the Broncos' RCB (whoever that is). Chris Henry is also, like, totally awesome and will have 90yds and a TD. The Broncos' secondary, despite featuring two future HoFs is no match for this disgustingly scary offence whose only weakness is the suspect OL, but that doesn't matter according to ESPN.

The Broncos offence will put up no more than 10 points (probably all field goals). Although the OL was top 3 in the NFL last year (at worst), the LolKatz D has taken a step up to the next level and will easily stuff the run and get a few sacks on Orton. The Broncos' receiving corps is suspect and only has one real threat...they should be easy pickings for the secondary. Although the O has lost no significant players except for the obvious (and gained a new stable of talented RBs), it simply cannot function without Cutler and will fall apart against a ferocious D who are simply too talented.

Shit son, looks like we have no chance...

They're both the sort of teams everyone is gonna have to see before they can really get a handle on so I have it close. If either one is better than expected it may be a blowout in either direction.

just his idea what will happen.. now is he comes back and says something that is in you face about them losing then he/she could be a haters..

knowing that CIN has a lot of talent from sucking all those years when it the last time they did not pick in the top 15.. and they evaluate their draft guys pretty goods it is the coaching and then the cheap owners that will/has not been willing to resign top talent, when the rookie contract is up....

IMHO they are the farm team to the real NFL..

if DEN had not changed everything this year it would have still been an issue being east coast early game..

Although Josh seems to be doing something about that by trying to get the players on east coast time with having the practices and meetings earlier when they play east..

they have an all pro QB back from injury they have a hell of a lot of weapons on O more than we do..

they could be one scary team this year on O..

Yeah but I'm still on the fence with Palmer. If he is his old self that wouldn't bode well for us.

The Broncos will play great

Broncos 42 Bengals 6

Truthfully, I just want to see them play a strong game and come away with a win.

Honestly? 20-13 Cincy. I think a lot will depend on who is having the better rushing day - Benson or Moreno.
